This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are a hard-working, creative, highly motivated, and diverse groups of learners. They come to school ready to learn, and I want to give them a safe, happy, and productive classroom.

I am requesting funds to purchase chinese food, cake, and gift cards to celebrate the Lunar New Year in the classroom.

In my classroom, we will celebrate the Chinese New Year with different activities from Panda Express curriculum. I would like to provide them with chinese food from Panda Express. I am also requesting a cake from a Chinese bakery, and paper plates, tablecoths, chopsticks, decorations, red envelopes, etc. I want my students to have a fun day of learning about the Lunar New Year. I know that the activities will bring joy and knowledge to my students. Thank you for considering funding our project.
