Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
At the end of kindergarten I enjoy giving journals to my students so they can continue to improve their writing skills which is necessary for first grade. All my students are Language Learners (ESOL) and these journals help them learn the English Language while their self-esteem rises as they realize they are writing in a second language.
These journals will help my kindergartens have love for writing.
With the appropriate materials, such as pencils and journals they can transfer what they have learned into writing. And with the stamps I will be able to give them some feedback to gain more confident with their writing skills.
