My Project

Fidgets and sensory tools offer valuable benefits for students in the classroom by helping them regulate their focus and energy levels. These tools are especially beneficial for students with ADHD, autism, anxiety, or sensory processing challenges, but they also support all learners by providing an outlet for excess movement and sensory needs. Items like stress balls, textured objects, or quiet fidgets allow students to self-soothe, maintain attention, and reduce restlessness without distracting others. By giving students a way to stay engaged during lessons, sensory tools help create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Incorporating sensory tools into the classroom can lead to improved academic performance and better emotional regulation.

When students have access to fidgets, they are often more able to concentrate on tasks, listen attentively, and participate actively in class discussions.
