My Students
Our school strives to see greatness in every student. We hope to inspire our students to be kind, work hard, and give back. My students come to school every day full of love for learning and a choice to be excited about school. With that excitement, the opportunities seem to be endless.
My students are leaders and problem-solvers; they have diverse abilities, personalities, talents.
We lift each other up and want to create the best learning experience for one another. My students are inspirations to their families, to themselves, and to their peers. I hope to create a classroom community that allows my students to believe that they can change the world.
My Project
I am requesting the opportunity to attend a holistic professional development national conference in Dallas, Texas this Summer 2019. This conference will allow me to gain new strategies and skills for teaching my students that I can directly implement in my classroom. I am confident that the knowledge I will gain from this conference will help me become an even more effective, enthusiastic, and intentional educator.
The knowledge gained from this unique opportunity will immensely impact the growth of my students and myself and help me create a more meaningful learning experience for our classroom community.
This conference will allow me to add more strategies to my toolbox for helping students increase their curiosity for the world, critical thinking skills, and appreciation for the learning journey.
