My Students

Our school is a small school set in the heart of Southwest Florida. We are a family oriented and serve the community of Naples Park. My classroom is full of diverse and vibrant young five-year-olds who love to learn and come in excited every day.

Several students have never been to school before, so this is their first opportunity to love school and learning.

My students enjoy exploration and hands-on activities. It is awesome to come in everyday and see their excitement and love of learning.

My Project

This rug will allow for flexible seating in our room. Kindergarteners need the structure of routines throughout the day. This rug allows children to have a predictable spot for daily learning.

Children learn best through meaningful hands-on activities.

This rug will allow our kids to learn phonics even while they sit and move through activities!

There are many activities that foster learning that we can do with this rug. Children will have the opportunity to get up and move while playing fun phonics games!

I know that the children in our community will love this rug as it adds dimension to our room and an endless supply of learning!
