Help me give my students the gift of reading through the graphic novel Lore Olympus!
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Rachel's classroom raised $420

My Project
My students love the Greek myths! In order to continue their reading engagement a class set of Lore Olympus, the graphic novel, is something I deeply desire for my classroom.
My students often struggle with reading lengthier text and I have found that introducing text with broader themes through graphic novels helps them think critically and analyze the text easier.
This is opens the door to more complex text in the future.
The students are excited to dive into this modern retelling of The Theft of Persephone and I am too! When my students are engaged in the reading it allows them to enjoy our work and have more fun as they work together to understand the larger themes at play. Please give the gift of reading to my high school students.
Graphic novels enrich and engage students who struggle with reading, acting as a gateway to lengthier texts. Thank you for helping my students succeed.
