My Students
In two short weeks, 90 seventh and eighth graders will be entering my science classes, eager to learn and collaborate! My students are bright, driven and curious learners.
I am committed to providing my students with a robust, engaging science curriculum, that helps them to develop critical thinking skills that can be used in the classroom and beyond.
Throughout this year, my students will be building their own scientific investigations. In these investigations, they will collect and analyze data, and present their findings to explain phenomena in their everyday lives.
My Project
Microscopes will help my students delve into important scientific topics, such as cells, levels of organization, and organism behavior. Beyond this, they will provide opportunities to collaborate and deepen critical, scientific thinking skills. This will give students exposure to technology that will be used in high school and college classrooms, and beyond.
By donating to our microscopes, you will help create a classroom of active scientific investigators, increase academic achievement, and promote careers in STEM.
This project will not only benefit students in their middle school science classes, but help them build knowledge and skills that will prepare them for the future.
