it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My pre-k class is composed of adorable, energetic, eager to learn 4 year old children. For this class project, "Looking Forward To A DOH-lightful Pre-K School Year!" I am asking for sets of play-doh to be used both in the classroom and at home. The home-school connection is key and very important for success, as we learn skills by practicing them again and again, both at home and at school.
Play-doh is a fun way for young children to develop eye-hand coordination.
They also gain strength and improve dexterity in their hands and fingers, important fine motor development. Playing with and manipulating play doh will help the children in critical areas of physical development for writing, drawing, and other purposes. Please help me help my students by donating to this class project so they can have fun while building the fine motor skills they will need as they move on to future grades.
