Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My preschool students are so very creative. If I put paper towel rolls in the art center, they come up with the most creative uses for them.
Giving them a variety of art materials will only extend their creativeness.
Students in my classroom have not used some of the materials that are on the list. I cannot wait to see what they create with items like wiggly eyes, paper squares, flexible foam and craft sticks.
My students love to paint and we really don't have anywhere for their paintings to dry, I included a mobile art drying rack that can be pushed to the hallway when not in use.
I know that by giving my preschoolers new and different art materials to create with, they will only extend their creativity!
