My Students
First grade is a very fun place to be! My students are creative, curious, silly, thoughtful, hardworking learners. We like learn through hands-on, interactive and engaging projects that challenge us to think outside the box, while also trying to integrate technology into our everyday routine to prepare to be 21st Century learners.
Not everyone learns the same and being able to provided different materials and tasks that will reach every students learning style will allow them to reach their full potential.
My Project
My students are in need of STEAM activities for our classroom. My students love creating and problem solving. By having the magnetic stand as a base for Engineer-A-Coaster and Create-A-Path activities, my students will be able to create and problem solve in many different ways using a hands on approach to learning in STEAM.
These activities will expose students to STEAM concepts at a young age, developing skills they will need in the future.
Through trial & error, my students can learn how to design, engineer, and create their own masterpieces! Students will be able to work with their peers, problem solve, and stay engaged in their learning.
