This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students consist of a wide range of personalities that all have one thing in common, the eagerness to grow as students. With your support of my project, I will be able to provide my students with resources for success and to be physically active.

My goal is to help scholars find a life long physical activity they can enjoy.

My students will work hard to get smart, have fun, and will be college ready! They are researchers, mathematicians, scientists, authors, historians, etc. My students are the future of El Paso and members of our future society. Every day, they come ready to refine their motor skills and eager to learn about their body.

My Project

My middle school student athletes are very hard working and they give their all every single day. Right now we don’t have any more lockers for our students. These lockers will help us out for our after school sports. This project will benefit for our soccer athletes. Our campus has over 1,200 students, and our school district is growing fast and we will have 1,500 for the following school year. Which means we have a lot of student-athletes, and sadly a lot of our soccer athletes don’t have lockers right now. I am doing this project because these lockers will help out our soccer athletes in so many ways. This will benefit them by locking up their sport equipment, uniforms, and most importantly their personal belongings. Lastly it will make them feel safe knowing that their stuff is locked and secured instead of just on the locker room floor. All of the soccer athletes share their lockers with each other every single day. These lockers will help us out so much. That I know my student-athletes will appreciate the moment where they'll be able to have their own locker.
