My Project
My Culinary students love our bread-making unit. Having a class set of baguette pans is essential for teaching proper bread-making techniques, particularly in shaping and baking individual loaves.
By providing students with the proper tools, we can help them develop essential baking skills.
improve consistency in their products, and better prepare them for professional kitchen environments.
The addition of these pans to our program will greatly enhance our curriculum and provide students with hands-on experience that aligns with industry standards. There is nothing better than making homemade bread and I can't wait for my students to be proud of their results.
Foldable Pasta Dryers will be used to speed up the pasta drying process which is a necessity to ensure pasta is ready to be cooked the next time since our class time doesn't allow for pasta lab to be completed in one class period.
America's Test Kitchen Recipe books will provide my students with tested recipes that will be used throughout multiple units.
