Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My group of diverse learners have a variety of interests and abilities. One thing they all have in common is their love of books. We just received new books and have to work on their comprehension skills. We are asking for a Teachers Pay Teachers giftcard to purchase an adaptive literacy curriculum that is specifically for diverse learners who need technology tools to learn.
Comprehension skills are so important for young kids and these fun and engaging adaptive lesson plans will be just the thing to jump start their learning!
The books we just received and the correlating new curriculum would be used on a daily basis to promote early literacy skills. My goal is to instill a love of reading at a young age to encourage life-long learning.
