Little Yogis

My Project

I love the excitement and creativity my students bring to each day. At times, these feelings may become big and feel overwhelming.

Yoga can create an opportunity to tune in to ourselves and feel deeply inside our bodies.

Using the breath, we can calm our mind and our bodies to tap into the positive energy inside of all of us.

From our unique experience, we can share in a positive light with all the people in our community. Yoga can help light the way toward acceptance. Peace, Peace, Peace, Namaste!
