Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
These students are amazing and are from low income homes and don't have very many supplies. They are eager, enthusiastic pre k students who love to learn. For most this is there first learning experience and they love centers and using interactive materials. They love to paint, play with magnetic alphabet letters, do puzzles. They also really love to listen to stories and have circle time.
My Pre-K students love to play with play dough, games about numbers, shapes and the alphabet and they really enjoy the housekeeping center.
My Project
I teach Pre-K students who come from low income families. I am so excited to teach and help the little learners thrive and have fun in the classroom! I believe my students deserve just as much as the next classroom and your donations will help me become the teacher I aspire to be: one that provides for the students.
My project consists of building a welcoming classroom environment for my students.
I want my students to have different learning materials to help them thrive and succeed in their first school experience. My project includes learning games with number matching, alphabet learning, play dough fun, stamps and activities that will help them develop their fine and gross motor skills.
I can't wait to help my students love school and have a wonderful time learning! Thanks so much for helping to make this happen for my students!
