Help me give my students a series of classic books to read, so I can incorporate these books in a novella unit, and teach Frankenstein as an independent unit for my AP Literature class.
I teach AP Literature and Composition and 12th and 10th Grade English Language Arts. Next school year, I would like to teach a novella unit to my scholars. Having a physical copy of "The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde Illustrated" by Robert Louis Stevenson and "Passing" by Nella Larsen for each scholars to read instead of a PDF version of the text would make reading more enjoyable and faster to annotate.
Frankenstein by Mary Shelley will be a whole class read novel for my AP Literature scholars.
