Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I haven't met my Pre-K students yet, but what better way to introduce them to a new learning experience then by providing them with exciting and innovative materials.
I want them to experience the joy of learning may it be in-person or remote.
I want them to always be eager to learn and explore their potential.
I want to see my students' eyes light up when they "get it"
I just want to provide them with every possible incentive to keep that spark going.
My Project
The hands2mind literacy classroom set will provide an opportunity for my children to use their hands and minds to connect literacy concepts.
The set will provide an opportunity for my children to explore new literacy ideas within the idea of play.
The idea of using manipulatives to enhance learning adds to the excitement of introducing new material especially for the younger students.
When they play, they grow and learn, expanding their minds with the concepts being taught.
What I love about the kits is the the way that they can be a "grab and go" activity especially for my students who will be doing hybrid learning.
