This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students were impacted by the pandemic during the very cornerstone of their learning. I feel they were already at a disadvantage for starting school. The items I have placed in my project will help with my small group reading literacy centers, such as headphones so they can do

Reading literacy activities that involve individual hearing of the activity.

My students already love reading so giving them more choices to read from, as well as book storage, will help bridge that gap during Covid 19 even more. I want to give them as much as I can to support their learning.
