This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For the '25-'26 school year, I am taking on a new challenge. I will be transitioning from a departmentalized math teacher to a self contained classroom where I teach all subjects. During my reading block, I want to focus on writing and reading comprehension, two areas I have noticed my third graders historically struggle with.

By making this donation, you are helping a very special group of students.

In my three years in third grade, I have seen each group making up more and more lost learning. Every year, I am impressed with their growth as they continue to outdo the class I had the year before. I want to make sure our school continues this trend and these materials will help me do it!
