My Students

I have an amazing class of twenty, active and ambitious first graders who come from very diverse backgrounds. My students are always eager to learn and love coming to school. I feel we have a tight bond and we are like family!

We are always learning to be kind and compassionate learners!

We work hard and get a lot of things accomplished during our day! They are very active, so it helps to include lots of movement throughout the day!

My Project

These literacy games are fun for my daily 5 reading. The kids can have fun during their word work playing fun learning games that go with our curriculum. Anytime you can make learning fun the kids are way more invested and that’s how I love to teach! They can use these literacy games in small groups or individually! Gives me and the kids lots of options! These games go through the standards we teach in reading they cover blends, digraphs, sight words, and many more! My class would love these games!
