Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project is for outside seating and colorful umbrellas. Getting students outside more often is my yearly goal. We are creating an outside reading bistro where students can move from station to station reading different works.
Rain nor sun will stop us on our journey to take our students outside more often; fresh air makes reading, writing, science, and math more accessible.
These resources will support a variety of students from EL to gifted, to our introverts and our verbal kiddos, to those that struggle with a disability. Regardless of the ability, these resources will transform how we learn and where learning takes place.
