This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Just as busy as the bees! My students are ready to buzz and work everyday!
My students are an energetic group always curious to know what we are doing next.
They attend a Title I school located in a challenging neighborhood. They are engaged in the arts as well as learning in two languages through our Spanish Dual Language Program.
My Project
We need an Apple TV and speaker so that we can enhance the learning experience already taking place. We have a mini iPad students use to increase literacy skills and record student created puppet plays. I use the iPad to demonstrate vocabulary lessons across the curriculum. The TV and speaker would allow my students to have better access to the games, videos and lessons.
Thanks to your donations, my students' learning experiences will be enriched by 21st century technology.
My students will have greater access to core curriculum, therefore increasing their literacy skills across the curriculum and prepare them for the future.
