This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
By receiving a giftcard from Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) I will be able to purchase my students very valuable tools to use during our centers time. I plan on using this giftcard to purchase a literacy centers bundle, a math task cards and centers bundle, a fine motor math and literacy building center bundle, a sight word bundle, a solve the room bundle and a bundle of partner math games. I believe that all of these items purchased on TPT will help make our center time more engaging and will help make the learning more meaningful. I also hope that this will promote independence in my students as they are able to do the same centers with increasing skill difficulty as well as have the flexibility to pick the center they would like to complete during their station time. This would be really helpful for my students because we are a Title 1 school and not all students have access to resources like this, especially ones that are engaging and allow them choice.
