My Project

These books will continue to enhance the opportunities within inclusive classrooms that I strive to create. My students need specific supports in order to develop functional communication systems and these books are part of the programs we are using! Every book provides a new opportunity for students to make connections with their peers and to develop skills to interact. These are high interest books that have hands on activities to help kids be engaged and have fun learning.

With these new books, my students will be able to explore a variety of vocabulary throughout the school year.

The best way to increase communication for academic and social purposes is to have high interest materials along with the ability to create access points for all students. Books allow students to learn about the world around them and to share what they know!
