Help me give my students access to headphones so they can work independently on videos and other educational programs!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am an 8th grade special education teacher looking working in a low income, Title I school. We have a high population of special education students and English Language Learners, and a majority of our students receive free or reduced lunch.
Quality headphones help students focus better and improve their work.
My students will use the headphones while using school issued Chromebooks for different programs and activities. Sometimes some of my students have a hard time focusing on their assignments. Headphones are very important because they help students focus better and block out other distracting noise.
With your donation and contribution to our DonorsChoose project, you will be greatly impacting our class by providing them with the tools they need and that will tremendously aid them within the classroom and during their testing.
More than half of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
