My Project
My third graders have had all of the years of schooling impacted by a global pandemic. As a result, many of my students have difficulties with their reading. These students are highly engaged by books, but need extra support.
These books and audiobooks will allow them to continue to find joy in reading while supporting their reading growth. Listening while they read along supports their work decoding words and making meaning in books. This will make a significant difference in helping them make up any learning loss they may face after the last few years.
