My Students
We learn together at an inquiry-based school in Philadelphia. My students are special to me because this is the neighborhood I grew up in. We are a classroom that includes all ranges of learners and abilities. It's truly a community because of its small size and really allows for us to be a family. Our kids are inquisitive. They love learning and being involved in all sorts of activities. They are creative and funny.
We love to challenge them to take ownership of their learning and they are always ready to respond and make it happen.
We try to rise to the occasion and discover new ways to learn and we try new things to help make that happen. We are a group that really tries to be the best people we possibly can. I wouldn't trade these kids for the world because they are all really unique. We are really bonded by our sense of community and our belief in our core values of inquiry, investigation, collaboration, presentation, and reflection.
My Project
Headphones will help out my learning lounge! My students need headphones so they can engage with their intervention programs. Headphones will provide them with the ability to focus and zero in on their programs. Headphones are also super useful when we engage in projects that require us to do research that can involve being able to listen to videos or music.
We need headphones to access our learning!
Headphones are also a resource that is pretty consumable so headphones that are solid can hold up to everyday use. Headphones are definitely a value add in the classroom that will be much appreciated.
