Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Please help donate to a listening center in my classroom. This will help my students to work collaboratively as they listen to stories, rhymes, and books. This encourages them to explore by listening, discussing, and creating with others.
These books will also encourage them to develop an understanding of the sequence of events.
It also enhances the main ideas and recognizes different sounds in words. The listening area can help build language awareness as well as help children with the correct pronunciation of words. This is ideal for preschoolers.
