Wouldn't it be wonderful to enjoy a good audio book?

My students love to interact with literature.

With our new materials, it would be a shame if they couldn't take advantage of the audio books that came with it. I currently teach the struggling readers in fourth grade and find it difficult to encourage them to read. Audio books naturally encourage students to interact with literature.

My Project

Books that would be out of their reach because of challenging content would now be attainable. With these players kids can enjoy books that they would otherwise pass over. This would allow my students to have more choices in the books that they read.

Reading is such a valuable skill and any chance I have to enhance the experience is beneficial to struggling or reluctant readers.
