My Project
My students use computers daily! As a STEM school, we teach our students to be conscious of their environmental footprint, so we do our best to minimize our paper consumption. My students use computers throughout the school day. My students use computers to participate in interactive lessons, to complete independent tasks and special projects, to complete assessments, to practice new skills, brush up on old skills. They even use headphones to practice their songs/roles for our upcoming musical production. We need headphones!
Giving my students access to personal headphones will help to maintain a peaceful learning environment.
Without the distractions of having to listen to the speakers from other computers, my students have the opportunity to focus on the learning content playing on their own devices. Better focus leads to better learning outcomes!
