I travel between two schools to support Learning Support Students and do not have a full-sized classroom in either schools. One of my schools is a Title I-funded school. I share my classrooms with other staff members and even have a divider wall in one of them. As a result, I do not have speakers in my classroom. This can cause challenges when I want to show students an educational video relating to the content we are learning.
We are not able to watch videos in my classroom due to not having sound.
Videos help learning come to life and provide valuable visuals to students. My Learning Support students work best when they can have visual accommodations and supports in place. This Bluetooth speaker will help my students watch videos, make real life connections, and visually see what we are learning about or working on.
This portable speaker comes with a case which allows me to transport it between schools as needed. This speaker would allow my Learning Support students to listen to our Vooks Books (stories that come to life) on the big screen enabling our guided reading groups to add a new station.
