My Project
Research shows that having kids listen while reading aloud significantly helps them improve their reading comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary development. I would like to set up two listening stations for my students to use during small group centers. It would also use them for early finishers to have time away from their desk while still being productive.
I feel like with technology, we tend to forget about simple devices and resources to help students learn.
The listening centers are also portable, so they can be taken outside or another setting for students to use. Thank you for considering helping my class become stronger readers with great comprehension skills.
