This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love how curious, motivated, and eager my students are to learn Spanish and explore new cultures. They take pride in improving their language skills and enjoy discovering the many ways Spanish connects people worldwide.

This project to provide headphones will make a huge difference by allowing my students to work independently on self-paced activities that strengthen their listening and comprehension skills.

They can also record their voices practicing pronunciation and speaking, which boosts their confidence and helps track their progress.

Additionally, headphones are essential for taking the AAPPL test, a language proficiency exam that measures their abilities in real-life contexts. Most importantly, these headphones will allow my students to communicate clearly and effectively with peers from other schools and countries during virtual exchanges, building friendships and cultural understanding beyond the classroom.

By providing these headphones, you’re helping create an environment where every student can focus, participate fully, and connect with the global community as true bilingual leaders. Your support will make a big difference in their learning journey and their ability to embrace the world through language.
