This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many of my students are English Language Learners (ELL) and their ability to not only read the written text but also listen to audio can help further their goal for English Language literacy.
I have requested basic school supplies such as notebooks, headsets and highlighters to provide my students the essential tools needed to listen to audio enabled text and utilize their close reading skills.
Having these supplies will allow them to color coordinate and highlighting important text evidence that they can utilize to support their answers and increase their comprehension of what they have read.
Please help me ensure my students have these basic school supplies to ensure their continued academic success.
