This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom is set up in collaborative groups, and each group needs easy access to the tools that keep our projects moving — staplers and tape dispensers. We are requesting 9 JAM Paper Desk Organizer Sets that include 9 lime green staplers and 9 lime green tape dispensers — one set for each collaborative group. Our classroom colors are bright and cheerful, and lime green is part of our theme! Matching tools will not only be functional but will also make our room look cohesive, organized, and inviting.
When supplies are accessible, students can work more efficiently without waiting in line for a single stapler or roll of tape.
The Impact
With their own stapler and tape dispenser, each group can:
• Assemble writing projects and booklets.
• Build models in science and STEM activities.
• Create posters and visual displays for presentations.
• Work independently without wasting time tracking down shared supplies.
These tools will also teach students responsibility and care for shared resources. A simple thing like having the right supplies at their table empowers them to work harder, collaborate more smoothly, and feel proud of their work space.
