My Project

These books have been nominated for the Arkansas Diamond and Charlie May Simon awards. Each spring, we hold a Battle of the Books using these titles. It's always a tight competition for the winner of these books.

The kids love to see if their book choice also wins the state contest.

We read books that introduce us to different cultures and different ways of thinking that we don't see in our small town. Without these books, we would never see some amazing people and places our world holds. We learn so much from these amazing books.
