it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My project includes a STEM light panel and translucent manipulative pieces like alphabet letters, numbers, counters, and shapes.
Having a light panel as an alternative means to accommodate differentiated instruction for STEM will help my students to learn beyond paper and pencil.
I’m a public elementary teacher in TX. My students have really creative ideas and they would really benefit from using a light panel and translucent manipulatives with STEM instruction. I work hard at keeping tools and materials available for all students especially when they need differentiated instruction. My goal is to accommodate my students’ learning styles beyond the traditional notebooks.
