My Students

As a teacher in a low-income school district, my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Even though there may be many challenges that they face, I am doing my best to provide a safe and meaningful learning experience for my students.

My students are always striving and working to their best potential!

From the minute they walk in the door of my classroom, I focus on their potential and growth while they are with me. I may not be able to control their home lives, however, I can certainly control their experience during the school day. I try to make their school day as enjoyable as I can along with making sure they are learning something new every day!

My Project

Technology will reach all of the diverse learners in my classroom! The document camera will allow me to show concrete examples to the students using many different sources. Students will be able to follow along easily on worksheets and books. The camera can be used in all subject areas, keep students focused and allow them to easily follow the lesson.

The use of the document camera, paper and pencil sharpeners will support me in reaching all of my diverse learners along with keeping supplies prepared for them throughout the rest of the school year!
