Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have 26 wonderful Second Grade Students who are motivated and excited about learning. Implementing the HoverCam document camera will help make lessons come alive!
Our Goal this year is to show growth in all subjects this year and to end the year prepared for the next level.
My students are all Title I students. They receive free breakfast and lunch. I also have several students who are homeless. I make sure when my students come to school that they receive as much help as needed. Our classroom is a home for most of my students.
My goal is to help prepare them to reach grade-level objectives by presenting common core standards for each subject. The ability to present lessons in a variety of ways to obtain and maintain interest levels of all students is extremely important. Having the necessary materials and having the document camera to help present lessons would be ideal for my students to become successful.

My Project
Implementing the HoverCam Document Camera into the curriculum will bring all lessons alive! The HoverCam Document Camera offers features that will retain the students attention.
Utilizing the HoverCam Document Camera in all subjects will engage the students and enable them to grasp the objectives of the lesson in a variety of ways.
Students will be able to experience and view time lapse video, ultra clear documents and view more realistic images that pertain to the subject matter. This will grasp the students attention, help them to focus and become more involved in the lesson.
The HoverCam can be connected to their iPads and headphones for small group instruction.
