This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Currently, my students are still learning new concepts at home. So that my students are not behind when they begin their 7th grade school year, I am reviewing concepts with them and having them practice working out problems.
Help my students have a great finish to their school year!
A document camera will help me demonstrate what they need to do while we are in a live lesson. This will help to increase my students' comprehension and decrease some frustration that might occur.
My Project
My distance learning project is mainly for a document camera to be able to work on assignments with my students. Even though we are distance learning and a majority online, I do not want my students to lose the practice of writing on paper.
Students visually seeing the examples will help to greatly increase their ability to understand even though I am teaching at a distance.
A document camera will help achieve this goal and increase my students' motivation in completing the assignments that I will be giving them. Also, I need more ink to be able to print these activities off.
