My Project
Calm lighting in the classroom is essential for creating an environment that supports student learning and well-being. Harsh or overly bright lighting can cause eye strain, headaches, and difficulty concentrating. In contrast, calm lighting—such as natural light or soft, diffused artificial light—helps reduce stress and promotes a sense of comfort and focus.
This type of lighting can also improve mood and behavior, leading to better classroom engagement and academic performance.
By fostering a peaceful atmosphere, calm lighting allows students to feel more relaxed and attentive, ultimately supporting their educational success.
