My Project
This year, all of our students leaders (TK-8) are taking music as a part of their weekly specials rotation. These students have been doing such a great job learning a new curriculum and helping build a strong music program. It has been amazing watching their knowledge and love of music grow in just the past few weeks!
Right now, all of our students are learning about rhythm.
Teaching students how to read rhythm is so important. It is the foundation of all music and is essential for creating structure and movement. Without rhythm, music wouldn't exist!
I am always looking for fun and innovative ways to keep students engaged. With these glow in the dark drumsticks, our students will be able to practice rhythm reading in a new, exciting, and meaningful way. All students at our school will have an opportunity to benefit from these drumsticks that connect music, movement, and technology.
