Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Expand the minds of preschool students by lighting up learning with an awesome bright light up building bricks by Lakeshore. I will use the light bricks to implement engaging activities as we explore and develop our skills in literacy, math, science, and so much more. A light table would make such a difference in the kids learning by allowing us to use our visual senses. The light up construction bricks can be calming to children while they interact with the glow of the light table. The light blocks will be added to our center rotation and will be used daily in the classroom.
A Light Up Blocks can enhance my students' learning when playing in centers, academic learning, sensory integration, STEM, and scientific discovery.
Light-up building blocks can be used to enhance literacy, math, and writing skills in fun and playful ways. The blocks will help improve problem-solving skills, spatial awareness, language development, and pattern and color recognition.
