Light Up Our Math Time

Help me give my students two trapezoid tables and LED lights for an intensive small group math area for students with disabilities.

My Project

My sweet class, The Proud Peacocks, are second graders at a small town title I school. I want my students to love and be passionate about math. The trapezoid tables will be used for intensive small group instruction. We will use the LED lights to light up our math area without the use of fluorescent lighting. Many of my students have special needs such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or learning disabilities. This area will provide a risk free area for these students to practice and excel on the GA Performance Math Standards.
