My Project

My students love learning about new things. This light table will help us gain knowledge and enhance our learning with light and shadows during our sun and shade unit. A light table is a magical thing for children to explore independently, with peers, or one on one with a teacher.

In addition to amplifying our science units, the tabletop will provide a creative space to learn new math and literacy skills.

Students can focus on hand-eye coordination, cause and effect, and many more aspects of development. The table will provide a space for sensory students to get that much-needed time to explore and learn hands-on.
