Light Up Learning

Help me give my students a light table for enabling the exploration of light and color, collaborative play and sensory stimulation.

My Project

Light up the learning of PreK students with an amazing light table. I will use the light table to implement engaging activities as we explore and develop our skills in literacy, math, science, and so much more. The light table will be added to our center rotation and used daily.

A light table would encourage the development of a wide range of skills, including fine motor development, hand-eye coordination, pre-writing skills, color recognition, and more.

Students will be able to explore the properties of color and light while building math, language and science skills at the same time. The manipulatives will be used with the light table for patterns, letter recognition, number recognition, and so much more!
