This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

LIFT is a life skills adult transition program where students with mild to severe disabilities learn fundamental skills to assist them to transition into adulthood. We have a business of car washing where the students learn different skills such as taking orders of what type of car washes the customers would like, washing the car, drying the car and taking donations from the customer.

These car cleaning materials will help the students further their skillset so when they graduate from the program, they are prepared to look for work.

With these materials, this will enhance their vocational skills.
