My Students

Students at our school enjoy participating in sports and activities in Physical Education. Physical Education is the most popular elective and the equipment is shared between three teachers throughout the school year. With over 400 students choosing to participate each year, the students are excited to experience new and classic activities to keep them healthy.

Most of the students find activities they enjoy and can continue when they leave our middle school for one of the two neighboring high schools.

This is why our Physical Education program is so important to our students and our community.

My Project

I am looking to improve my student's overall fitness and wellness by allowing them to experience and explore many different games and activities. With the equipment in this project, I am hoping to increase the chances my students get by reducing the need for taking turns. By increasing the amount of equipment in my class I can reduce the number of students who have to share equipment and therefore be able to maximize our time in class to practice and play. Thank you for considering this project as a worthy investment into the lifetime wellness of the students.
