Students will learn about First Aid and CPR in Health Class. During First Aid training they will be exposed to the Heimlich Maneuver. The Act Fast Anti Choking Trainers will allow them the opportunity to actually practice the Heimlich Maneuver on themselves and their fellow students. I believe that this hands-on, real-life experience is invaluable to their education. In addition, being able to react in a serious situation will help them fulfill their civic duties and be a contributing member of society. I am beyond grateful for any contribution made towards this project.
