My Project

Please consider donating to make my Family and Consumer Science Classes fun and engaging for everyone involved! Historically, students in these classes learned with traditional textbooks and packet work rather than hands-on cooking and projects in the kitchen. I would like to change this by giving students the opportunity to learn basic culinary skills, advanced baking and decorating skills, and everyone's favorite - pour over coffee drinks!

Students will learn useful kitchen skills that will be used for the rest of their lives and hopefully have fun while doing it!

Cooking supplies are extremely expensive and many students want to be in this class because of the prospect of learning in the kitchen. Your donations will ensure that the students will not only learn the skills needed to continuously cook for themselves for the rest of their lives, but they'll also enjoy eating the food and experimenting with different methods, recipes and flavors.
